Day 1: We will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. There you can relax, unwind and feel free to enjoy your leisure time; your Thai cooking class will start the following day.
Day2: We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to meet the Silom Thai Cooking School team who will take you expertly through the art of creating homemade curry paste, sticky rice with coconut milk and other essentials in Thai cooking. You will prepare all the dishes yourself and enjoy eating them with others on the course. At the end of the day you will be returned to your hotel.
Day3: You will start the third day with a trip to a bustling local market to learn about Thai ingredients and what dishes they are best suited to. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture and heritage in culinary skills as you go on to prepare a complete 5-course meal for lunch – completely from scratch. After the class, you will receive recipe hand-outs before being taken back to your hotel
Day 4: We will collect you and take you to get the freshest ingredients from the Thai market where you will receive further instruction and information about the produce on sale. Following the market visit you will learn traditional Thai food preparation techniques that help to make Thai cuisine a unique culinary pleasure. After dining on the Thai food you have prepared, you and the others taking part in the cookery class will receive your Course Certificate before being returned to your hotel.
